Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods delivered shall be made within 60-90 days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the invoice of the Supplier.
Delivery terms:
Required delivery time: from 14 to 21 days (to be specified in the offer the real delivery time is particularly important for items imported)
Delivery basis: Buyer's warehouse.
The delivery is carried out in separate batches, during the contract period. The number and range of each batch are determined by agreement between the Parties in writing based on the Buyer's request, taking into account the needs of the buyer and the terms under Application and conditions of the contract.

8. At present the offer submitted by the offeror signed the contract without controversy. disagreements can be addressed by the Customer, but priority is given to proposals designed without departing from the prescribed form.
9. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.

12. All additional comments and suggestions Offeror has the right to present in free form as part of the offer (item 7 - Other essential terms)
All documentation is available in Russian. In the case of the supply of imported equipment supplier at his own expense performs translation of documents into Russian.
