Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment products are made of 100% of the value of the products delivered within sixty (60) calendar days, and if your company is small and medium-sized businesses - within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt by the Purchaser of the Products (the signing of the delivery note by the Purchaser unified form № TORG-12 / universal transfer instrument), provided it is of appropriate quality and completeness and proper presentation of documents.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
