If the participant is subject to purchase of small and medium-sized businesses, payment for electricity during the reporting period, the goods shall be carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of signature and receipt of the buyer's invoice, receipt of Buyer accounts and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax code of the Russian Federation for the goods actually delivered during the past month.
