Payment terms:
1. Авансовый платёж в размере 30% от стоимости первой партии Товара выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
2. Авансовые платежи по последующим партиям Товара выплачиваются в размере 30% от стоимости каждой партии Товара не ранее чем за 30 календарных дней до даты начала поставки таких партий Товара при условии получения счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
3. Окончательный платёж в размере 70% от стоимости каждой партии Товара выплачивается Поставщику в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания товарной накладной по унифицированной форме ТОРГ-12 на соответствующую партию Товара, на основании счета, выставленного Поставщиком, согласно Графику платежей (Приложение №4 к Договору).
