Обоснование: В соответствии с п. 7.3. Положения о закупках ОАО «Аэропорт Туношна» Заказчик отклоняет заявку, если заявка не соответствует требованиям документации.В соответствии с п. 7.12. Положения о закупках ОАО «Аэропорт Туношна» в случае если к участию в закупке был допущен только один участник, процедура закупки признается несостоявшейся. При этом Заказчик вправе заключить договор с единственным участником на условиях, установленных в документации о закупке.
