Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment under the contract is carried out in non-cash order by transferring funds from the account of the Buyer to the account of the Supplier. The date of payment is the date of withdrawal of funds from the Buyer's account. Advance payment is not applicable. Deferral of payment 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery of the goods is carried out in separate batches during the year according to the Customer's request in accordance with the needs. Minimum batch of delivery from 1 (one) barrel. Delivery is carried out within 5 (five) working days from the date of submission of the Application.

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure, at the preliminary choice of the Supplier, is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (as well as the pre-selection procedure of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation . Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without giving reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participant.$
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
