The company "T2-Mobile" (Tele2 brand) in connection with the upcoming tenders for the choice of the supplier of fuel in the macroregion Siberia invites your company to take part in the procedure pre - qualification (RFI) .$
Number of regions per 8 Lots that can be taken separately, consisting of:
1. Novosibirsk
2. Krasnoyarsk
3. Kemerovo
4. Omsk
5. Tomsk
6. Khakassia and Tuva
7. Altay
8. Norilsk

To participate in the qualification you need to provide a package of qualification documents (according to the list below):

1) participant directory (completed excel file),
2) questionnaire for the participant
3) NDA /non-disclosure agreement (signed and sealed scan, the English-language part is allowed not to be filled in),
4) scanned copy of the completed and signed by the authorized person with the seal of the counterparty Questionnaire;
5) scanned copy of the completed and signed Consent to the processing of personal data. It is filled in and signed only by those individuals who will be indicated in the counterparty's Questionnaire
6) scanned copies of documents on the List.

Attention: Without confirmation of intention to participate in the tender and signing the NDA, we will not be able to send you a package of tender requirements.

If your company plans to participate in this tender, but the consent to participate was sent later than the specified deadline, Tele2 reserves the right not to include your company in the list of participants.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
