Payment terms:The price of the product is given with VAT-20% and includes all costs for the delivery of the product to the Buyer's warehouse in Bratsk, Irkutsk region.
The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:DELIVERY IS CARRIED OUT IN EQUAL BATCHES AT THE REQUEST OF THE BUYER.
IT IS ALLOWED TO INCREASE THE DELIVERY VOLUME BY A MULTIPLE OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING BY 10%
The Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the Buyer's warehouse. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the product. The delivered product must be new, not restored.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN ELECTRONIC BIDDING - ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUYER'S TERMS OF DELIVERY, THE SUBMITTED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 1 MONTH. IT IS MANDATORY TO UPLOAD THE OFFER, DRAWING (GENERAL VIEW) AND DOCUMENTS ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED LIST. Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
