Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Providing a 100% deferred payment will be an advantage.
Acceptable conditions: 30% advance payment, 70% upon signing of the acceptance certificate within 30 days.
It is allowed for one Bidder to submit several price offers with different payment terms.

Delivery terms:Basis of delivery: Serebryany Bor village, Republic (Sakha) Yakutia.

Delivery time: until 08/01/2024 (or according to a pre-agreed schedule).

The contractor shall bear all costs for the supply of the crawler crane.
The cost of delivery is indicated in a separately provided field and is indicated once when submitting an bid for participation, and is also not subject to change during rebidding.
The inclusion of Procured items in the cost is UNACCEPTABLE.

Comments:
When submitting an bid, be sure to attach:
1. Technical and commercial proposal indicating the name of the proposed vehicle, cost, delivery terms and production dates, settlement procedure and warranty conditions (form attached);
2. Detailed technical description.
3. Certificates, declarations.
4. Constituent documents (provision of a reference list of previously completed similar deliveries with the indication of customer contact details is a prerequisite).

Consent to conclude an agreement on the proposed standard form is an advantage, but not a determining factor in choosing a winner.

Bidders can submit several options for the supply of equipment with different payment options. Special equipment that meets the requirements of the load capacity and the nature of the cargo itself is accepted for consideration (a description of the cargo is attached). The equivalent solutions offered for delivery should not be prototypes, be in the R&D stage. Solutions should be industrial, mass-produced products. All equipment and its components and components must be new, not restored, not previously in use.

Specify the delivery in the additional field that appears when submitting the bid.

The tender will be held in two stages:
1. Request for proposals.
2. Rebidding.
