Payment terms:
Non-cash payment.
Payment of 100% upon the provision of services / performance of work within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Act of rendering services / performance of work.
Payment of 100% upon receipt of the goods within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery on the basis of a universal transfer document.
The Bidder can offer their own payment terms.
Delivery terms:
The Supplier must ensure that the Goods can be delivered to the Supplier's warehouse within a year after the conclusion of the contract. Delivery of the goods to the Supplier's warehouse is carried out no later than 20 calendar days from the date of the Customer's bid. Delivery of goods and provision of tire fitting services is carried out within 3 calendar days from the date of the Customer's bid.
Comments: This procedure for Requesting prices is not a competitive bidding process, nor is it a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Customer civil obligations to conclude a Contract with the Winner of the Call for Bidding or other Bidder of the Call for Bidding, nor does it impose on the Organizer the obligation to compensate for any damage (losses) caused to the Bidder, or any expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with conducting or participating in the relevant procedures.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the scope, terms of delivery, delivery period, suspend and/or cancel this procedure without evaluating and/or accepting the received Offers, as well as compensating any expenses and/or losses of the Bidders, with subsequent notification of such suspension and/or cancellation of the procedure to all Bidders
