Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Contractual Counterparty's consent to fixing the price for the period of validity of the contract from the moment of its signing
Contractual counterparty to the terms of payment - 100% postponement of 60 calendar days
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement without any edits by the Contractual Counterparty
Contractual Counterparty's confirmation that the offer fully complies with the Requirements Specification
Contractual Counterparty to the terms of the warranty - at least 12 months for all types of work, including materials, from the date of commissioning
Attach a technical and commercial proposal with a detailed description of the proposed equipment option.
Attach an extract from the taxpayer's Personal Workspace attached to additional files
Consent of the contractual counterparty to work on EDI
Specify the EDI partner you are working with
Specify the contact person from the Bidder's side (full name, position, mobile phone, email)

Other requirements and explanations:

The buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirement) has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the quantity of purchased products by 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease).

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
