Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Заказчик в течение 10 (Десяти) рабочих дней со дня подписания договора осуществляет предоплату в размере 30%, со дня выставления счета. Окончательный расчет осуществляется по факту выполненных работ после подписания Акта о приемке выполненных работ (КС-2), Справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (КС-3), в течение 15 (Пятнадцати) рабочих дней со дня получения счета. Оплата производится на основании выставленного счета путём безналичного перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Подрядчика.
