Comments:
Development of sketches, agreement with the Customer (provision of at least 3 design options). Development of KMD, ID.
Manufacture, supply and installation of a covered carport for parking bicycles and motorcycles. A canopy consisting of two modules measuring 3 * 6 m each (overall dimensions 3x12 m) will be used to protect the personal transport of KMMR employees from the effects of precipitation. The canopy will be divided into 4 sections along its entire length. One of the sections must have a stainless steel frame to secure the bikes in an upright position. The material of the supporting frame is an aluminum profile painted in RAL. The material of the roof covering and the front canopy is aluminum-composite panels, the back wall of the canopy is monolithic polycarbonate. Install the company logo on the façade with a designation and a parking pictogram by laser engraving. In this assignment, only the dimensions in the plan (3x12 m) are indicated. Select the height of the canopy in accordance with the architectural concept presented in the procurement documentation. Develop the structure of the canopy in accordance with the structural units presented in the drawing in .dwg.

We draw your attention to the fact that the commercial proposal should also include the cost of dismantling the existing polycarbonate canopy (see. RFI).

Requirements for commercial proposal:
• Commercial proposal on company letterhead;
• The full scope of work performed is indicated:
• Actual date;
• The commercial proposal is valid for 1 calendar month;
• Prices excluding VAT 20%;
• The terms of the work are indicated, taking into account the development of the RD, the procurement of materials and the installation of structures (from the moment of signing the contract to commissioning);
• The absence in the commercial proposal of the text like "the preliminary cost is indicated." The price must be final, taking into account your real possibilities;
• The commercial proposal must contain the phrase "They are familiar with the terms of reference (specification for the purchase) and the annexes to it."
• Signature, seal of the organization.
