Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
The main characteristics of the equipment and the terms of delivery and installation according to the Terms of Reference
The term of work is up to 60 days.
All conditions according to the standard form of the customer's contract
Payment terms - non-cash form of payments, 100% post-payment with deferred payment of 60 calendar days, from the date of signing the Consignment note, UPD (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
The period of deliveries (cooperation) is from 06.11.2023 to 06.11.2024, i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to hold a new tender for the next period
Guarantee according to the standard contract.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES
Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
