Payment terms:
Payment terms. The recommended conditions of the Rusagro GC-100% deferred payment not earlier than 30 (thirty working days from the date of delivery (provision of services)

Comments: reinforcement of the commercial offer is obligatory. The quotation must comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Name, location (for a legal entity), surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (for a natural person), bank details of the participant;
2. Manufacturer/Reseller;
3. Unit Price: The price should be specified in Russian rubles (specify with VAT or without VAT);
4. Delivery time (according to TK);
5. Warranty Period/shelf life
6. Payment Terms (Prepayment-Specify interim measures). The recommended conditions of the Rusagro GC-100% deferred payment not earlier than 30 (thirty working days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
7. Business Reputation Data: Implemented projects, letters of thanks, experience with Rusagro Group, readiness to provide a complete set of documents of financial and tax reporting;
8. All information from TK should be contained in the commercial proposal (otherwise the CP will not be accepted for consideration);
9. Date of preparation and validity of the offer (expiration not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);
10. Acceptable amount of penalties for violation of the term of performance of obligations;
11. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
