Delivery terms:
The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition listed below. The works are carried out by the Contractor in full,
turnkey, by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary consumables and related expenses.
1. Purchase and delivery of consumables, fasteners, anchors, shaped elements and all other materials necessary for the work.
2. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools
to the work site in the amount necessary for high-quality work in accordance with the GPR.
3. Entrance control and quality control of materials and products with an entry in the journal and certificates.
4. Delivery, unloading, warehousing, moving materials to the place of work.
5. Installation of dock equipment, fire curtains, gates.
6. Commissioning works.
7. Stage-by-stage delivery of works and executive documentation to the representative of the construction control of the Customer.
8. Other work necessary for the successful completion of the work.
9. Demobilization.
According to the Customer's decision, part or the full volume of materials listed in the Statement of Work Volumes can be supplied by the Customer as a tolling material. The obligation, in this case, for entrance control,
acceptance, unloading, moving to the place of work, completeness, protection and safety of material and property, etc., remains with the Contractor.

Comments: 1. Before the start of installation, check and accept the structures for
compliance with the planned and high-rise positions,
notify the Customer and the General Designer about excess deviations and discrepancies.
2. Before the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and a detailed schedule of work with the Customer.

7. The installation and welding of the platform to the embedded parts of the floor should be carried

9. Install the gate according to GOST 31174-2017 and

Contractor. The cost of work includes: temporary lighting, accommodation and meals for staff, sanitary facilities and their maintenance, installation of temporary fences, scaffolding, scaffolding, stairs, struts and consumables, overlaps, overlaps and joints of materials, travel expenses, materials and equipment for laying, maintenance and heating of concrete, personal protective equipment for occupational health and safety, maintenance and maintenance of the site of work and approaches to it, snow cleaning, drainage, collection, removal and disposal of garbage, safety of materials, equipment and property,

2. The scope of work includes the connection, grounding of the contracted
electrical equipment to the power supply system of the warehouse complex, as well as conducting a NDP (see the project "Internal power supply systems 26-11-21-RD-EOM1")
3. During the construction of the facility, follow the RD-11-02-2006 regarding the composition and list of acts of inspection of works and structures, step-by-step
delivery of works and sets of Executive documentation to a representative of the Customer's technical supervision.
4. When performing work and after completion of work, it is necessary
to clean the territory and garbage collection.
5. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the
equipment and materials used are documented in writing and sent to the Customer for consideration.
6. Payment for the work performed is made for the amount of work actually performed, on the basis of executive documentation, with confirmation by technical supervision and a surveyor of the customer. The volumes and cost of the work performed are closed "in the body", i.e. taking into account the coefficient of compaction, decompression, spills, losses during transportation and unloading /loading, overlaps, scraps, overlaps, coefficient for irreparable losses, coefficient of metal deposition, etc. should be included in the cost of work.
7. The Contractor undertakes to prepare and send to the Customer a daily report, according to the Customer's form, on the work performed

The materials, equipment, tools used must
comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, have the necessary certificates and permits
The warranty for the equipment and the result of the work performed by the Contractor is
5 years.
The contractor fully assumes all obligations to fulfill the requirements for ensuring safe work, compliance
with the requirements for OT, TB and PB, in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and to carry out the following list of measures during the production of contract work: organizational measures, technical
measures, measures to provide personal protective equipment. Before starting contract work, instruct personnel in the field of occupational safety and fire safety with an entry in
the briefing logs. The Contractor is obliged to immediately respond to all
comments from the Customer on violations of the rules of OT, TB and PB, and
immediately eliminate them. The customer has the right to stop the contractor's work until the violations are eliminated. The Customer has the right to impose a fine on
Contractor for non-compliance with the Customer's requirements to eliminate violations of the rules of OT, TB and PB.
