Payment terms:Оплата производится в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней после подписания сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ на основании выставленного ПОСТАВЩИКОМ (Подрядчиком) счета, но не ранее выплаты ПОСТАВЩИКОМ (Подрядчиком) штрафных санкций, в случае их применения к ПОСТАВЩИКУ (Подрядчику) в соответствии с договором. В цену Договора включены:
- налоги, пошлины, сборы и другие обязательные платежи;
- прочие расходы, связанные с исполнением Договора. Транспортные расходы ПОСТАВЩИК (Подрядчик) несет самостоятельно.
Delivery terms:срок исполнения обязательств (включающий срок поставки товара и срок выполнения работ) не может превышать 10 рабочих дней с момента заключения Договора.
