The commercial terms prescribed in the additional fields of the bids at the ETP should be in full congruent with the conditions prescribed in the CP.

This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
