Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided, payment for goods/services is made by the Customer on the basis of the consignment note (UPD) signed by the Parties / the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered with a deferred payment of at least 60 and no more than 70 calendar days.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders (including several) regarding the order and timing of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.
In the case of a request for an advance payment form, it is required to provide a justification for the purpose of the advance payment by filling out an bid for participation in the procurement procedure (clause 5. - form, terms and payment terms).
Delivery terms:
The delivery time of the goods is 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The term of installation of the goods is 5 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders in terms of delivery dates, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.
Comments: The Bidder of the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
1. The absence of lawsuits from the Bidder of the procurement procedure for the amount of claims against the latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" as part of the bid for participation);
2. Failure to liquidate the Bidder of the procurement procedure - a legal entity and the absence of an arbitration court decision on the recognition of the Bidder Called for Bidding - a legal entity or individual entrepreneur as insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" as part of the bid for participation);
3. Non-suspension of the activities of the Bidder of the procurement procedure in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation as of the date of filing an bid for participation in Calls for Bidding (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" as part of the bid);
4. The Bidder of the procurement procedure does not have overdue arrears on accrued taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other mandatory payments to budgets of any level or state extra-budgetary funds for the last completed reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25% of the book value of the assets of the Bidder Called for Bidding according to the accounting statements for the relevant period. 6. Absence at the time of the Call for Bidding of effective and not executed court decisions on improper performance by the Bidder of the procurement procedure obligations under contracts (contracts) for the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services of the same name to the purchased goods, works, services (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and providing as part of the bid for participation of the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
7. The Bidder of the procurement procedure is not a person whose place of registration or place of residence or place of tax residence is the state or territory included in the list of states and territories approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3 of Article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and by submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" as part of the bid for participation);
8. Bidder of Call for Bidding - a legal entity that, within two years prior to the filing of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding, has not been brought to administrative responsibility for committing an administrative offense under Article 19.28 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (illegal remuneration on behalf of a legal entity) (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and submitting to the as part of the bid for participation in the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
9. The Bidder of the procurement procedure - an individual or the head, members of the collegial executive body, the person performing the functions of the sole executive body, or the chief accountant of the legal entity - the Bidder of the Call for Bidding has no outstanding or outstanding convictions for economic crimes and (or) crimes provided for in Articles 289, 290, 291, 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the non-application of administrative punishment in the form of disqualification and punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities related to the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services that are the object of ongoing Call for Bidding (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and submitting as part of the bid for participation in the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
10. Absence of a conflict of interest between the Bidder of the procurement procedure and the Customer, which means cases in which the head of the customer, a member of the expert group, a member of the procurement commission, the person responsible for organizing the procurement procedure are married to individuals who are beneficiaries, the sole executive body of the business company (director, general director, managing director, president and others), members of the collegial executive body of a business company, the head (director, general director) of an institution or unitary enterprise, or other management bodies of legal entities - Call for Bidding Bidders, with individuals, including those registered as individual entrepreneurs, - Call for Bidding Bidders, or are close relatives (relatives in a direct ascending and descending descending line (parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren), full-born and half-born (having a common father or mother) brothers and sisters), adoptive parents or adopted children of the specified individuals (confirmed by declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" as part of the bid for participation");
11. The period of state registration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure before submitting an bid for participation in the procurement procedure must be at least one calendar year (12 months) (confirmed by information from the Extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities provided as part of the bid for participation").
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a competitive bidding process in the sense of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best based on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any expenses related to participation in the procurement procedure shall be borne by the Bidder independently, the specified expenses will not be reimbursed under any circumstances by Sanatorium Zapolyarye LLC.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
