5. After bidding, the bid price of the Bidder becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
6. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation of reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, not meeting the requirements of this competitive procedure.
7. The winner (s) of tenders are approved by the chairman of the tender committee, according to the results of all aggregate factors (price, deferred payment, presence / absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions of Rusagro)
