Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

- Warranty period;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- Reasonable amount of penalties.
2. Local estimated calculation
3. Reference list on similar projects.
4. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
