Auto-extension

Payment terms:Indicate the cost, taking into account all construction and consumables, delivery, loading and unloading at the customer’s site.
30% prepayment, then phased payment upon completion of work after submission of acts of work signed by the facility manager and invoice.
Delivery terms:Delivery term: within 20 business days from contract conclusion. Performance of work according to the schedule from the date of conclusion of the contract after the decision on the winner. The warranty on the equipment supplied must be at least 12 months.

The proposal must be completed on a turnkey basis.
In the commercial proposal, a summary table should be presented, in which prices for the following items are separately indicated:
Each chiller individually
Capacitors
Air coolers
Refrigeration Control Cabinets
Complete refrigeration automation kit
Freon and refrigeration oil for refrigeration system
A complete set of supplies
The minimum set of drawings of the Working Documentation for the installation of a cold supply system (section XC) with the statement of work for adjacent engineering networks.
Installation of the entire cold supply system.
Delivery and unloading of equipment and materials at the customer’s site.
Warranty for work performed at least 3 years.
Materials supplied must be new and certified.
The contractor's experience in this type of activity is at least 5 years.
If you are interested in your proposal, a list of the required package of documents before concluding an agreement from the supplier:
1) copy of the charter and memorandum of association;
2) copy of state registration certificate;
3) copy of the certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax inspectorate (TIN and PSRN);
4) a copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date the extract was provided
5) copy of the minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the director of the counterparty (with a signature sample).
6) Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy.
7) Valid office lease agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan
These tenders are an internal procedure for the selection of a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the organizer of the bidder, the customer the corresponding amount of civil law obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the bidding or its other participant.
