Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

To participate in the purchase procedure, it is necessary to support the following documents:
1. Commercial proposal on the form of the organization with the following information:
- Term of work performance in calendar days.
- Value in rubles excluding VAT (with the tax system);
- Warranty period;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- Reasonable amount of penalties.
2. Reference-list on experience in information technologies (not less than 4 years).
3. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
4. To Provide the existing certificates and licenses for delivery of equipment.
5.to Provide The certificate with the admission to electrical works not less than 4 level of 1 person minimum.
