The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

7.3. The cost of equipment, installation and commissioning for the duration of the contract is fixed and is not subject to revision.
7.4. The cost of delivery is included in the cost of equipment.
Delivery terms:
2.1 The basic requirements are specified in annex № 1 of this documentation.

2.3 The customer shall arrange for the participant a preliminary inspection of the object at the address of Ulyanovsk, ul. 44-ST Engineering, 9.
2.4 Terms of delivery and installation of equipment for video surveillance and ACS: Within 21 calendar days from the date of the advance payment.
2.5 The cost of works under the contract shall include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related works (services), as well as all discounts offered by the participant.
2.6 Advance Payment no more than 70% of the cost of the equipment.
