The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

7.2.3. Transfer of funds for performed works in the amount of 100% of the value specified in paragraph 7.1.2, to the current account of the contractor within 14 (______) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the work.
7.3 The cost of equipment, installation and commissioning for the period of the agreement is fixed and is not subject to revision.
7.4 The cost of delivery is included in the cost of equipment.
Delivery terms:
2.1 The basic requirements are specified in Appendix № 1 of this documentation.
2.2 Place of work: Ulyanovsk, ul. 44-Rd Travel Engineering, 9.
2.3 The customer shall arrange for the participant preliminary inspection of the object at the address of Ulyanovsk, ul. 44-Rd Travel Engineering, 9.
2.4 Timing of delivery and installation of equipment for CCTV and ACS: Within 21 calendar days from the date of the advance payment.
2.5 The cost of works under the contract shall include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related works (services), as well as all discounts offered by the participant.
2.6 The advance payment is not more than 70% of the cost of the equipment.
