It is necessary:
1) It is obligatory to pass the prequalification selection of RTI LLC at the link: https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=2581470.
1.1. If the PQS is completed and it is not possible to upload documents to it, please be sure to attach the Documents in the archive when submitting the commercial proposal (the list is attached to the Procurement Documentation).
2) If the Procurement Documentation contains the KP (VOR) form approved by RTI LLC, fill it FULLY and download it in 2 formats: PDF (signed with the seal of the organization) and Excel (editable).
In the absence of a commercial proposal form, it is necessary to attach a signed commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization with a seal (the commercial proposal must contain the prescribed information on the cost of work with VAT, the timing of work in cal. Days, the amount of advance payment in% and the warranty period in years).
3) When changing the data in your original quotation (during the auction), you must download the current quotation form corresponding to the final data.
4) Attach:
4.1. reference list with a list of similar works performed.
4.2 protocol of disagreements in case of disagreement with the draft agreement of RTI LLC
5) Proposals are evaluated in strict accordance with the assignment. Analogues can only be offered in addition to the main offer.
