Comments:
1. All participants in the competition must fill out the attached "Counterparty Questionnaire".
According to the results of the competition, the winner, without fail, prior to concluding the contract of sale, agrees to submit certified copies of documents in accordance with the attached "List of documents".
The request for proposals is not a tender (competition, auction) in accordance with Articles 447-449 or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and / or Customer established by the said articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Federation.

2. All proposals received within the framework of this request are considered regardless of the cost (when submitting proposals above the estimated cost, they will be objectively considered).
