Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the Equipment and its installation is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment no earlier than 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate for the work performed for the installation of the equipment, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Equipment:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) or UPD for Equipment, signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- The original of the acceptance certificate of the work performed.
In the event that the Contractor is a small and medium-sized enterprise, settlements are made with a deferred payment of no more than 15 working days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the services rendered
