Delivery terms:
1. Delivery, unloading and responsible storage at
the construction site of the necessary materials,
equipment, tools, machinery, etc. for the production of CMP.
2. To install ventilation systems according
to the working documentation (Appendix B) and the statement
of work volumes (Appendix A)
3. To carry out the necessary commissioning
(individual tests of equipment, NDT, etc.)
4. Transfer the systems in working condition for
their intended purpose together with the executive documentation
on the relevant acts (documents), including the Customer's
maintenance service

Comments: 1. Installation, fastening and testing of systems should be carried out in accordance with SP 73.13330.2016 "Internal
sanitary and technical systems of buildings".
2. In the process of SMR production, the works are presented to the customer's representatives with the signing of relevant acts (AOSR, Acts on
individual testing of equipment, etc.).
3. All deviations from the project caused by production necessity, prior to the start
of construction and installation work, must be agreed with the customer's representative and the design organization and entered in the journal of author supervision.
4. All works are performed "turnkey" with materials, equipment and equipment of the Contractor in accordance
with the working documentation issued for the production of works. The cost of the work includes the delivery of equipment and materials to the facility, the mobilization
of equipment, the installation of temporary structures, consumables, travel expenses,
obtaining and developing the necessary related documents for the production of works and other costs.
5. Payment for completed works is carried out after:
- presentation of physical volumes;
- provision of a complete set of executive
documentation in accordance with the form agreed with the customer;
- elimination of comments on physics and executive documentation (if any).
6. In the course of work, the contractor is obliged to carry out operational control of the SMR.
7. By the decision of the Customer, part or the full amount of materials listed in the Statement
of Work Volumes may be supplied by the Customer as toll-free material. The obligation, in this case, for input control, acceptance, unloading, transfer
to the place of work, completeness, protection and
safety of material and property, etc., for the performance of work remains with the Contractor.
8. Regularly during the execution of works and after their completion, it is necessary to clean and remove garbage.
9. All construction and installation work should be carried out in strict compliance with all applicable
OT and PB norms and rules.
10. All welding and installation work should be carried out only if there is a signed work permit for
carrying out fire work.
11. Before starting the work, develop and coordinate with the Customer the PPR and the PPRc (in the case
of work using lifting mechanisms.

The contractor fully assumes all obligations to
comply with the requirements to ensure safe
work, compliance with the requirements of OT, TB and PB,
in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation
and to carry out the following list of activities in the production of contract work: organizational
measures, technical measures, measures to
provide personal protective equipment. Before
the start of contract work, instruct personnel in
the field of labor protection and fire safety with an entry in
the briefing logs. In the case of high-altitude work
at a distance of less than 2 m from unenclosed
height differences of 1.3 m or more, or top-climbing work above 5 m
, conduct additional targeted briefings with
journal entries. The Contractor is obliged to immediately respond to
all comments from the Customer on violations of the rules from,

to stop the contractor's work until
the violations are eliminated. The Customer has the right to impose a fine on the Contractor
for failure to comply with the Customer's requirements, eliminate violations
of the rules of OT, TB and PB.
