of necessary materials at the construction site,

3. Carry out the necessary commissioning (comprehensive testing, commissioning and individual testing of equipment, integration of
fire protection systems) in accordance with GOST R 53300.
Based on the results of the conducted NDT, develop and provide
passports for the vent system.
4. Transfer the system in working condition for
its intended purpose together with the executive documentation on the relevant acts (documents), including the Customer's maintenance service.

organization (SRO) and have:
- license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the installation of automatic smoke ventilation systems, including
dispatching and commissioning;
- experience in the implementation of similar in nature (logistics and
warehouse complexes) and the scope of work at the facilities of at least the 3rd
successful project in each line of activity
according to the Requirements Specification;
- at least 5 years of experience in this field.

1.1. Installation, fastening and testing of the smoke ventilation system should be carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation specified in paragraph No. 9 of this

2. All deviations from the project caused by production
necessity, prior to the start of construction and installation work
, must be agreed with the Customer, the design
organization and the building maintenance service. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, equipment and materials used shall be documented in writing.
3. All works are performed "turnkey" with materials, equipment, machinery and Contractor forces. The cost of the work includes delivery of equipment and materials to the facility, mobilization of equipment, lifting mechanisms, installation
of temporary structures, consumables, travel expenses, obtaining and developing
the necessary related documents for the production
of works and other costs. During the execution of the work and after
the completion of the work, it is necessary to clean the territory and
remove garbage.
4. After completion of the work, put in order and hand over the sites occupied for the time of storage of the material and placement
of utility rooms in the construction camps according to the act.
5. Before starting the work, develop and coordinate
with the PPR Customer. All work performed must comply with the requirements of environmental, epidemiological, sanitary and hygienic, fire safety regulations in force on the territory

6. The contractor, after completion of the work, transfers

• In electronic form - on 2 (two) electronic media

• In electronic form - on 2 (two) electronic media
(USB-fleshcard, etc.), graphic and text material in
the form of a single file generated as a multi
-page PDF file.

Acrobat (version 8.0 and above) with the creation of bookmarks on the table of contents
and on the full list of tables and drawings, drawings and others

paper copy of the document fully corresponds to its original (
including in scale and color scheme), without any
additional actions on the part of the user.
The transfer of intermediate work results can be carried out in the form of documentation made on paper and/or in electronic form by sending
electronic documentation (by e-mail, WhatsApp,
file transfer on disks, etc.).
Engineering and technical personnel (building maintenance engineers) can be involved in the acceptance tests by the Customer.).
7. The result of the work under paragraph 1.1:
1) Executive documentation, protocol of aerodynamic tests of smoke
ventilation, certificates of conformity for fire
safety, executed together with the acts of work performed properly in full in accordance with the current legislation,
coordinated with copyright and technical supervision, and
accepted by the Customer, as well as by the building maintenance service.
2) The installation of the smoke protection system and their
elements, including dispatching, has been completed and:
- commissioning, complex adjustment
(integration) of all fire protection systems at
the facility;
- aerodynamic tests of smoke
ventilation according to GOST R 56077-2014;
- comprehensive testing of the operability of
fire protection systems, engineering systems and systems
safety and life support of the facility.
3) The ducts and fasteners of the smoke
ventilation system are covered with a flame retardant with
a normalized fire resistance limit.
4) After completion of the above works, the
cleaning of the territory and garbage collection.
All necessary user manuals (
equipment operating instructions) must be in Russian. In
all cases, it is unacceptable to provide technical
documentation and user manuals in the form of photocopies.
The contractor is responsible for compliance
of the provided equipment and components
with state standards and specifications.
8. Commercial Proposals should be drawn up and sent according to the "form for formation
