Payment terms:Аванс в размере 50% от цены договора выплачивается после подписания договора на основании счета, второй платеж 40% цены договора выплачивается после подписания сторонами акта приемки оборудования у Поставщика и готовности оборудования к отгрузке на основании отгрузочных документов,окончательная оплата в размере 10% от стоимости договора после подписания акта сдачи-приемки оборудования в эксплуатацию и обучения персонала, на основании подписанных сторонами товарных накладных,актов сдачи-приемки работ, оригиналов счета и с/ф.
