| Payment terms: | Payment to the Supplier shall be made on the basis of the consignment note within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer / Consignee after receipt of the Goods of good quality and in the proper completeness and submission of the documents referred to in clause 3.6 of this Agreement. |
