| Payment terms: | The Contractor is paid 30% on advance payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and 70% for the actually delivered and accepted Goods within 60 (Sixty) calendar days, but not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the day receipt of goods at the consignee’s warehouse. The buyer pays for installation supervision and commissioning within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing of the act of delivery and acceptance of the results of the work performed. |
