In the event that the tax reporting is missing or does not allow to verify with sufficient confidence the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Contractor of services, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with the attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease rights: office, storage, production facilities, equipment / tools / machinery, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
