ü Payment for the delivered Products with installation is carried out by the Payer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s settlement account, on the basis of a payment invoice issued by the Supplier, within 30 (thirty) calendar days (or 15 (fifteen) business days for SMEs) from the date the Buyer signs the commodity consignment note (TORG -12) or UPD, provided that the Products are delivered of good quality and in proper completeness, the act of incoming control is signed by the Buyer without comment, and the documents named in clause 5.4 of the Agreement, etc. delivered in full.
