Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, invoices, copies of bills of lading with the mark of the recipient, the act of work performed. Other payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:
G.Kstovo. Delivery time: July-August 2022. The delivery costs of the products must be included in the cost of the products.

3. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

4. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
