The selection can be canceled at any time before the debriefing.
In case of changing the conditions of the Selection or its cancellation, expenses incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Selection, including those associated with participation in negotiations, are not reimbursed.
Based on the results of the selection, your Commercial Offer may be accepted both for the entire volume of the Goods, and for its part.

The selection of the most advantageous offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- the quality of the supplied products must comply with the technical parameters, GOST (TU), declared for selection;
- the presence in the application of a minimum price;
- payment is preferable within 30 calendar days from the date of installation (installation) of the Goods;
- the goods must be accompanied by a certificate (passport) of quality;
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement in the standard form of Salavatsteklo JSC (a contract form can be provided to the selection participant upon request);
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right, in order to determine the most advantageous offer and ensure equal competitive conditions for all participants in the Selection, to carry out activities aimed at reducing the price specified in the proposal, including (but not limited to) sending a message about the minimum offered by the supplier of the price of the Goods (without specifying the participant of the Selection who proposed the given price) and to offer all participants of the Selection to adjust and improve the conditions of previously made commercial offers, in t Ohm number by reducing the price of the Goods. A change in a commercial offer must be executed in the form of a new commercial offer (offer) on the above conditions.
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
If your offer is deemed to be the most profitable, Salavatsteklo JSC has the right to conclude a contract with your organization, including by accepting it, sending a commercial offer (offer) within the time period set for its acceptance.
The information provided by you for participation in the Selection is not communicated to persons unrelated to the Selection, as well as to other participants in the Selection, except for the announcement of the minimum price.
If your organization is recognized as the winner according to the results of this selection, an accreditation procedure is required to conclude a supply agreement. The list of documents required for the accreditation of the Supplier is presented in the procurement documentation. If your organization refuses to submit documents for the Accreditation procedure (in whole or in part), please send a written notice to us.
