2. Commercial part, namely the cost in rubles without VAT, (with VAT rate) in terms of each of the items. The price shall include the cost of installation of split systems, road laying materials, the cost of packaging, packaging, marking, loading and unloading costs, transportation costs to the place of delivery:RB, Salavat, Industrialnaya.18.
3. Delivery time, installation.
4. Warranty period.
5. Payment terms.
6. Term of the offer.

This offer may not be withdrawn by you within the specified period for acceptance. There is no fee for providing an irrevocable offer.
This Invitation is not a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This Selection is not a tender (including in the form of a competition, auction or other form) or a public competition regulated by articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on JSC "Salavatstsek" obligations stipulated by the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as obligations to conclude a contract of delivery of Goods with the person who sent the most favorable offer.
Selection can be cancelled at any time before summing up.
If the terms of the Selection are changed or cancelled, the expenses incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Selection, including those related to participation in negotiations, shall not be reimbursed.
According to the results of the selection, your Commercial Offer can be accepted both for the entire volume of the Goods and for its part.
Information about the final results of your participation in this Selection will be sent to you by electronic communication.
Selection of the most favorable proposal for JSC "Salavatglass" is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria
- the quality of the delivered products must comply with the technical parameters, GOST (TU), declared for selection;
- the existence of a minimum price in the application;
- preferable is payment within 30 calendar days from the date of installation (installation) of the Goods;
- goods must be accompanied by a certificate (passport) of quality;
- preferable is the conclusion of the Agreement on the model form of JSC "Salavatglass" (the form of the contract may be provided to the participant of the selection upon request);
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right in order to determine the most favorable offer and ensure equal competitive conditions for all participants of the Selection to carry out activities aimed at Reduction of the price indicated in the offer, including (but not limited to) sending a message to the Selection participants about the minimum price offered by the supplier of the Goods (without specifying the Selection participant, and invite all Selection participants to adjust and improve the conditions of previously made commercial offers, including by reducing the price of the Goods. The change of the commercial offer must be made in the form of a new commercial offer (offer) under the above terms.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains unreliable information;
- The person who made the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him/her;
- in any other case on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of selection.
In case of recognition of your offer as the most advantageous, JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to conclude an agreement with your organization, including by acceptance directed by of a commercial offer (offer) within the time limit set for its acceptance.
The information provided by you for participation in the Selection shall not be communicated to persons not related to the Selection, as well as to other Selection participants, except for the announcement of the minimum price.
In case of recognition of your organization as the winner of this selection, it is necessary to pass the accreditation procedure in order to conclude the Delivery Agreement. The list of documents required for accreditation of the Supplier is presented in the procurement documentation. If your organization refuses to submit documents for the accreditation procedure (in whole or in part), please send a written notice to us.
