Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made in a cashless form by money transfer to RFQ winner's settlement account. Calculations according to the contract between the customer and the winner of the open request for price quotation in electronic form shall be made in the manner prescribed by Regulation of the CENTRAL BANK of RUSSIA "on rules for the implementation of money transfer" from 19.06.2012 № 383 p.
Advance payment under the contract is not provided. Payment is due upon completion of the works based on the account of the winner of the open request for price quotations, within 10 (ten) working days if there are signed by the Parties Act works performed, accompanied by the invoice.
Delivery terms:
