If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Prepayment 30%, the remaining 70% of the cost of the calculation on the application within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed.
Delivery terms:The equipment is supplied upon the preliminary request of the Customer. Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's own transport. Packaging ensures safety during transportation and handling to the final place of delivery.
The supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the supplied equipment in accordance with applicable standards.
Equipment delivery time:
- the maximum period is 10 (Ten) working days from the moment the Customer pays the prepayment in accordance with clause 9.2 of this Terms of Reference;
- the minimum period is 2 (Two) business days from the date of application by the Customer.
Term of performance of works on installation and commissioning of goods:
- the maximum period is 3 (three) working days from the date of delivery of the equipment.
The air conditioners are guaranteed for at least 36 months and a warranty card is issued. The warranty card must contain a list of components that are covered by the specified warranty without maintenance during the warranty period.

Requirements for the contractor:

1. Availability of appropriate OKVED codes and SRO certificates of admission to certain types of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities, including with a mark of admission to types of work that affect the safety of especially dangerous and technically complex facilities
2. Installation of air conditioners should be carried out by personnel trained in labor protection, industrial safety and have a qualification group for electrical safety corresponding to the position. Documents certifying the passage of the above trainings and the electrical safety group must be presented before starting work.
Air conditioners must have certificates of compliance with the requirements of the GOST certification system of state standards of the Russian Federation. The documentation supplied with the equipment must include operating instructions in Russian. All work must be performed in accordance with:
- SP 118.13330.2012 "Public buildings and structures"
- SP 60.13330.2012 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning"
- SP 131.13330.2012 "Construction climatology"
- SP 51.13330.2011 "Protection against noise"
- GOST 21.101-97 "Basic requirements for design and working documentation."

If you are interested in your proposal, a list of the required package of documents before concluding a contract from the supplier:
1. Articles of Association and Articles of Association Copy
2. Certificate of state registration Copy
3. Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax inspectorate (INN and OGRN) Copy
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date of the statement submission; Copy
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the counterparty's director (with a sample signature.) Copy
6. Financial statements form 1 and 2 for the last reporting year (Copy) with confirmation of delivery to the IFTS.
7. A valid office lease agreement (with the first and last payment orders under this agreement) Scan.
8. A copy of the order on the appointment of the General Director and Chief Accountant;
9. State registration record sheet (in the absence of a state registration certificate);
10. Sheets of records on the introduction of changes (in case there were changes in the legal entity);
11. Company representative contacts;
12. Certificate of the average number of employees as of the last reporting date.
13. If the Supplier is on OSNO, provide a VAT return for the last reporting quarter with confirmation of delivery to the IFTS.
These tenders are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the organizer of the bidding, the customer, the corresponding volume of civil legal obligations, including the obligatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the bidding or another of its participants.
By submitting documents and information to the organizer of the auction, the applicant confirms its compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant auction, expresses its intention to participate in the auction, agrees with the rules and conditions of the auction.
