Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for the CA:
1. When submitting the offer the counterparty confirms that he has read and agrees to sign the standard contract, annexes and additional agreements of the customer.
2. The price should include delivery to the Rtz Kolomna (140482, Moscow region, Kolomenskoye R-N, Parfentyevo S, industrial Zone of Building 1).
3. Deferred payment-not less than 60 calendar days.
4. The period of validity of the commercial offer is not less than 31.03.2019 G.
5. Fixing the price not less than 31.12.2019 G.
6. When providing the KP on a model that is not in the list of allowed, the counterparty must send a detailed technical description of the proposed equipment and is ready to provide for the test (on request).
7. Alternative (non-allowed) models can only be accepted for the next purchase, with successful completion of testing.
8. The offer is not batch, the accepted offer with the best conditions will be chosen.
9. Batch selection according to the company development plans.

It is possible to submit the CP on individual positions.
EDS is not required.
