Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Покупатель оплачивает Товар в следующем порядке:
- аванс в размере 50% (пятидесяти процентов) от суммы Договора в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с момента подписания Договора, а также получения Покупателем от Поставщика счета;
- 50% (пятьдесят процентов) от суммы Договора (окончательный расчет) – в течение 30 (тридцати) банковских дней с даты (момента) получения всего объема Товара, подписания Товарной накладной (унифицированная форма ТОРГ-12, далее по тексту - товарная накладная)/Универсального передаточного документа уполномоченными представителями Сторон. Платежи производятся при представлении оригиналов следующих документов:
1) счёт на оплату;
2) товарная накладная/ универсальный передаточный документ;
3) счет–фактура/ универсальный передаточный документ.
Delivery terms:
Цена договора включает в себя: все расходы, связанные с исполнением условий договора, в том числе: НДС 18%, расходы на перевозку до 629420, ЯНАО, Приуральский район, пос. Харп, промышленный район, ТЭС «Харп-12», стоимость упаковки, страхование, уплату таможенных пошлин, сборов и платежей, иные расходы поставщика.
