6. Information about the initial (maximum) price of the contract (lot price):
The initial (maximum) price of the lot is rubles, including VAT and transport costs for the delivery of MTR.
- Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of products;
- The remaining 50% within 10 calendar days from the date of the actual delivery of the batch of products to the consignee's warehouse after providing the originals (S/F, TORG12, TTn, UPD).
7. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (with or without accounting for transportation costs, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments): Taking into account the transport costs for the delivery of MTR.
8. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;
Crushed stone must comply with the requirements of GOST 8267-93 and must not contain:
1) Inclusions that reduce the strength and durability of concrete:
- clay minerals (montmorillonite, kaolinite, etc.);
- micas and hydrosludes, and other layered silicates;
- asbestos;
- organic substances (coal, lignite, oil shale, humic acids, etc.);
- minerals unstable to weathering processes (chlorite, apatite zeolite, nepheline, phosphorite).
2) Inclusions causing deterioration of the surface quality and internal corrosion of concrete:
- rocks and minerals containing amorphous varieties of silicon dioxide (chalcedony, opal, etc.);
- sulfur-containing rocks and minerals (pyrite, marcasite, pyrrhotite and other sulfides, as well as gypsum, anhydrite and other sulfates);
- rocks and minerals containing iron oxides and hydroxides (magnetite, goethite, etc.);
- micas, hydrosludes and other layered silicates.
Prior to the start of delivery of inert materials, it is necessary to perform their input quality control for compliance with the project requirements. Also, check the documents (availability of a license, sanitary and epidemiological conclusion and protocol of material analysis).
9. Requirements for procurement participants:
Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears on taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.
10. List of necessary licenses, certificates, permits for the right to work:
Quality certificates, certificates of conformity for the supplied MTR.
11. Special conditions for the delivery of goods, performance of works, provision of services
The supplier must inform about the readiness for shipment later than 3 days before sending them to the facility. If necessary, arrange access of a representative of LLC "Geoinform" to the Supplier's warehouse to check the quality of materials before shipment. When ready for shipment, send scanned copies of passports for materials, TTN, TN and accounting documents to e-mail kas02051981@mail.ru .
