Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made for the actually delivered Goods, based on the cost determined in accordance with the submitted Application, within 15 working days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract (transfer by the supplier of all goods delivered under the contract, signing by the parties of the contract of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12, receipt by the buyer of the original invoice, as well as the documents provided for in the statement of work, duly executed).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
