Payment terms:Покупатель обязуется оплатить полученную Продукцию путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика с отсрочкой не менее 30 и не более 60 календарных дней с даты поставки (п. 2.6. Договора) при условии предоставления Поставщиком документов предусмотренных п.2.1., 4.3. Договора. Счета-фактуры (счета) предоставляются Покупателю в течение 5 (пяти) календарных дней после отгрузки Продукции. Расчет производится перечислением денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика, и/или по иной форме расчетов, не противоречащей законодательству РФ, в том числе путём передачи векселей (ценных бумаг).
