Ranking of bids

Mandatory conditions for the CA:
CA consent to payment terms - 100% postpayment with deferment of 60 c.d.
CA consent to signing the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) without any modifications by the CA
The consent of the CA to fix the price until 31.10.2021
CA consent for delivery dates from 01.06.2021 to 31.12.2021
The consent of the CA to divide the total volumes by the contest between the CA while maintaining the price
CA consent for prolongation +/ -30% of the declared volume
Confirmation of the CA of strict conformity of technical characteristics of the proposed equipment with technical specifications
Compliance with warranty terms for equipment requirements
Consent for delivery by force and at the expense of the supplier to the ATP network of JSC Celta according to the attached address program
Confirm the familiarization of the CA with Annex 7 and the instruction to the contest

Other requirements and explanations:
Type of delivery - delivery by force and at the expense of the supplier to the customer's APT according to the address program. Attach the specifications of the proposed models for each purchase position. Shortened delivery times are welcome. The consent of the participant of the competition to sign the standard form of the contract in the edition of Celta JSC must be without any proposals from the participant of the competition to amend the standard form of the contract.

Participation is free
EDS are not required.

Only one legal entity can take part in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. OTHERWISE is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the removal of all affiliated participants from the competition.

This procedure for solicitation of proposals is not an auction or competition, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations at the Customer of choice vendor.
