Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and the signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to the receipt of an invoice from the Supplier , issued on the basis of a signed agreement, by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier.
Delivery terms:Terms and conditions of delivery: The delivery of goods is made on applications for the purchase of goods and materials, but not more than 30 (Thirty) days from the date of filing an application in 2020.
