Comments:
1. FINAL - loading of a commercial offer under the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization (please submit an offer on the form of CPJ ANKETKA).
2. PLEASE NOTE! If the supply is offered to the products of another manufacturer (similar) or with a different designation, the commercial offer necessarily indicates the name of the manufacturer. The offer shall be accompanied with the letter signed by the head of the company, certifying that the offered products are equivalent to those requested.
3. The offer must be valid at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
One of the important criteria for evaluating a proposal is the deferral of payment. The preferred deferral period is 30 days or more from the date of delivery.
5. Mandatory requirement for the participants — availability of quality and origin certificates.

7. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
8. Venue: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
Payment under the civil-legal contract will be made by the Customer by transferring the funds to the Supplier's checking account within 45 (forty-five) days on the basis of delivery of the goods after properly designed and signed by both Parties to the act (acts) of receiving and transferring goods, goods (commodity-transport) invoice and on the basis of the supplier's invoice (invoice). Advance payment is not applicable.
The goods are delivered within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of the contract.
