IMPORTANT!
- Type of delivery - delivery by the supplier and at the expense of the supplier to the customer's APT according to the address program.
- Attach the specifications of the proposed models for each purchase item.
- Shortened delivery times are welcome.
- The bidder's consent to sign the model contract form as edited by Celta JSC must be without any suggestion from the bidder to amend the contract model form.

ATTENTION! Required conditions for participants:
1. Consent to payment terms - 100% postpaid with 60 kd deferred
2. Consent to sign the standard contract form (attached) without any amendments by the CA
3. Price fixing consent until 31.12.2021
4. Consent for delivery dates from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021
5. Consent to divide the total volume of the contest between participants while maintaining the price
6. Consent to rollover +/ -30% of declared volume
7. Confirmation of strict compliance with the specifications of the proposed equipment
8. Equipment Warranty Period Compliance with TK
9. Consent for delivery by and at the expense of the vendor to the ATP of Celta's network according to the attached address program
10. Confirm your review of Appendix 7 and the Competition Instructions (see Procurement Documentation).

The bidder may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of the bid.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. This is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.
