Payment with a deferred payment of not more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date the Buyer actually received the Products and a full set of documents for payment in accordance with the terms of the contract.

2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Payment with a deferred payment of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acts of work performed.
